Slave of desires

May be on my this statement u jump out from your seats with anger that what's the rubbish is this.. but this is reality that we all are slaves of our desires, we are not ruling Desires but instead of this Desires are ruling us, without feeling the difference of good or bad we are just going through the situation with a stubborn thinking that we have to do it in any case..
We are on a stage where we prefers for giving answers of someone's questions neither for listening others. because the reason is this we have changed and molded the things and thoughts according to our likes and dislikes nor in the light of right or wrong.. After all of this the first question which would be raised in minds can be what is Desire?? honestly speaking i don't know, just like a null student who don't know the actuall formula of writing a table except this whatever table you are writing just add a figure of that digit in current one and get a further one.. Exactly like that one student i just know a thing that if i am doing a thing without thinking that in sake of achieving this what should i or what i should not this is Desire..
If someone said to you that you can't slap over your own face and in this reaction you just slaps over your face, it directly and indirectly shows that you are more interested to prove that person wrong instead of thinking that why you slapped on your face.. Your Desire was not to keep yourself safe from a slap but your Desire was to prove other one wrong..
So, my point is this why we are slapping over our faces?? I mean why we are running behind Desires?? what ever going on is according God's Desire which is more authentic and powerful, then why we are trying to prove our selves right.. we came in this world first then Desires came so we should keep them behind not in front of us……
Pointing out the gravity of this failing, the chapter entitled Al-Jathiyah (Kneeling) of the Quran admonishes us on this subject in alarming terms: "Consider the one who has taken his own desire as a deity, whom God allows to stray in the face of knowledge, sealing his ears and heart and covering his eyes — who can guide such a person after God (has abandoned him)? Will you not take heed?" (45:23)
